Every closed round gets a grade
S to F, stamped on the close toast, the rounds table, the calendar, and the share card. The grade never looks at your P&L. It looks at the four things that decide whether you survive this market: did you write a plan, did the exit respect it, was the stake sane, and was the entry revenge.
A red round can grade S. A lucky win can grade F - called lucky in the rounds table and on the card, while the close toast names the habit out loud. If that stings, good - it stings a lot less here than it does with a real bag.
The ladder
Six tiers, staged over the same graduation criteria the dashboard has always measured - now with visible progress bars, so there is always a next gate instead of one distant wall.
The game ends on purpose. Tier 5 is the graduation bar - the evidence-based "a small, careful real start is now rational" from GRADUATION.md. An engagement loop with a designed exit is the entire ethical difference between this and the loop the trenches already run on you.
Streaks, drills, reps, badges
Streaks count consecutive rounds of journaling, clean exits, and no revenge - flames from 3 up, on the dashboard and the positions bar. They break honestly, and the break message tells you why.
One drill a day, measured from your actual rounds: capture day, journal day, flat-size day, stop-respect day. Reps weight by grade and diminish after ten a day - tired reps don't count, which is itself the lesson the trenches never teach.
Badges exist for first thesis, surviving a losing streak without sizing up, 80%+ captures, 25 rounds clean of revenge. There are deliberately none for profit, win streaks, or volume - those train the exact habits this product exists to break.
What didn't change
Your numbers. Every grade, rank, streak and badge is derived live from the journal you already have - zero new stored data, nothing to migrate, nothing to cheat that the verification chain doesn't already cover. The PAPER watermark still ships on every card, and the card now points at papertrench.com. This update changes what gets celebrated, not what gets counted.
